Busy surgery and only one receptionist on duty but managed waiting patients efficiently. Was seen by dentist early and examination/treatment/advice was good as usual. Thank you.

Quick appointment for a suspected broken tooth
I thought I had broken my tooth I called in on Wednesday morning to see if I could get an appointment due to going away the weekend. They called me back within the hour and managed to get me in on the Thursday. I have been with the practice for over 40 years and I have never had an issue apart from a few cancellations that couldn’t be helped on my or the dentist's part
