Made to feel very relaxed
Myself and my daughter are very nervous patients, we were made to feel very relaxed by our dentist and nurse, everything that was being done was discussed and explained first thoroughly which put us at ease straight away, good clear discussion on dental hygiene and nothing done at a pace that wasn’t controlled by myself and daughter. Probably the nicest experience at a Dentist that I have had, thank you to all staff including reception who were very friendly and helpful.

Understanding approach
Maddie totally understood how nervous I get due to a really bad gag reflex. She made me feel relaxed and not embarrassed or nervous and has arranged for me to have further treatment when an appointment is available due to my gag reflex problem.
Her understanding approach made me feel so much more at ease and for that I’m truly thankful. As I know how important it is to have regular checks.

Extremely gentle and friendly
The whole process from booking to treatment was fine with ease. Nice to get reminders on phone. My dentist, Maddy, is extremely gentle and friendly, putting me at ease immediately. Her nurse was also lovely. Thank you.

The receptionist was friendly and efficient, I was called almost immediately, no waiting, but Shiva was wonderful, checked my teeth and mouth, offering advice, but also took the trouble to check my neck, following a problem there, and referred me to the hospital for a potential problem, while keeping me at ease all the time, a true measure of her professionalism.
In the words of the old tv ad, "if Carlsberg made dentists they would all be like this"
