Excellent care throughout

The efficient Hygienist provided excellent care throughout my Dental care.
She was very professional and demonstrated a duty of care as I told her that I had a very low pain threshold. Given this, she reassured me and provided the utmost care and attention.

My experience

Not confident Western Favell Dental Practice offer the best care for NHS patients, always seem to say teeth are fine even when you have tooth ache, personally I feel like they don’t want to waste time on NHS patients so rush to get you in and out. Been 3 times to have same broken tooth fixed and each time it’s broken again…for seem reason don’t want to do filling so each time put in a quick temporary filling. Also told a broken and painful tooth not emergency and told have to wait 6 weeks to have it looked at.

High level of customer care

The really nice customer service from the moment the front dear staff received me and the same high level of customer care was practiced by the dentist and dental Nurse.

My teeth are in great condition

Appointment on time. Staff very clear with instructions and staff always pleasant and friendly. I like that I always see the same dentist and he is really good. My teeth are in great condition thanks to this practice. My last dentist was nowhere near as good.

Madeleine Webber saw me today for new dentures and walked me through the process of taking the moulds as I'm particularly nervous. Felt very comfortable with the appointment.
