Having developed an infection just before my holiday I was given
an emergency appointment. The dentist was able to treat the problem
and I enjoyed my time away pain free.

Weston Favell dental practice is definitely one of the best around, reception staff are always happy to help even through the busy times during COVID.
Emails are always responded to quickly and efficiently and bound to end up in an appointment or a call back. Hard working dentists who are happy to give you a call back or squeeze you in if in real need of an emergency appointment. Overall the best dental practice in Northampton by a mile!!

Practice Manager really lovely and sorted this all out for me :)
De-registered me without me even knowing. One appointment I called the morning of and cancelled upon their advice as I had a cough... the 2nd one I didn't even know anything about and had no confirmation of appointment. Apparently this means I had failed to attend two appointments and they booted me out. Nice!

The staff and service at this dentist are excellent and a real credit to the company.
Unfortunately I’m a nervous client, but the service I received has been excellent
I’ve had a problem tooth and they were able to patch it up and I got another year out of it before having to have the tooth out, not something I was looking forward to. But, they were able to put me at ease, then got the tooth out very quickly, without the crack, knee on the chest to pull etc and it was done and dusted

Had a bad time at my previous dentist, and when I was in urgent need, I was advised to come in for a next day visit, and signed on immediately for assistance, they referred me to an emergency dentist, though the site I was sent to could not aid my issue, this dentist is still trying to help me best he can during this situation, couldn't recommend enough, definitely deserving of more praise!
Best practice I have been to in all of Northampton!

An excellent practice in my experience, my particular dentist is a real problem solver with a great attitude to patient welfare.
The receptionists are similarly competent and friendly, while dealing with a variable workload from people in pain, and juggling staff illnesses too.

I'm very shocked to see the negitive reviews. I've been coming here for about 8 months. I was beyond anxious when I first joined, it had been many years since my last appointment with a dentist due to heath and overwhelming anxiety, My Dentist and her team were and are extremely kind and patient towards my anxiety and quickly put me at ease. I would highly recommend this Dental practice to my friends and family. I'm very grateful to have finally found a dentist who I feel safe and well looked after by.

I felt i would leave a positive review of this practice to counteract some of the negative feedback.I have attended this surgery for many years and have only had excellent service by all the staff.You could not get a more friendly and professional Dentist as Gov whom i currently see.Emily who i recently spoke to on the phone to make an appointment was very friendly and efficient.

I just looked up the details online for this practice and came across the reviews. I cannot believe the negative reviews on here, I have never had anything but help and good manners from the reception staff and my dentist and nurse are the best I ever had in my life and I have been to a few. I cannot reccomend my dentist highly enough.

I had to add this 5* review as i saw that there were a lot of 1* reviews and this is not my experience at all. I joined this dentists over the phone (others wanted me to go in personally/seperately to an appointment) then i just needed to sign some papers at my first appointment. The receptionists were friendly and polite, the dentist was very efficient, but warm with it. In fact i think the dental work itself was very good indeed. You can park at Tesco for free for up to 4 hours and walk over zebra crossing to get there. I don't often write reviews but feel that this dentists is a very good standard and this should be praised.

It was my first time at this dental practice but I found it to be my best experience yet! Not only because I didn't need a filling or tooth extraction (although admittedly that helps!), but simply because of the polite and reassuring staff within. The reception team were thorough in explaining the paperwork I needed to fill in and why, with smiles and reassuring words they helped to alleviate my anxiety. My treatment was carried out by Lovelina (apologies for the spelling!) and together with her associate Aaron they quickly and efficiently carried out checks and x-rays of my teeth. After explaining her findings she took her time in describing any possible future treatments and advised on a way forward. I wont be going back to my previous dentist who was expensive and rushed through my treatment. Thanks to the Weston Favell team for looking after this wimp :)

I've been going to this dentist for 20 years, and have been seen by a variety of dentists over this time. I have found them to always be very friendly and honest, not patronising me and laying out my options clearly. I have found the dentists in the last 10 years to be particularly good.
I'm saddened to see the low-star reviews here, but I suppose people are more likely to leave a review of a bad experience than a good one. I am usually seen pretty close to my allotted timeslot (again this seems to have improved in the last couple of years). I've had a couple of cancelled appointments due to dentist illness but have always had phone calls in advance to let me know and to reschedule.
I can't fault the dental work itself. I have normal fillings right through to root canal surgery with post crowns, and although some of those treatments aren't very pleasant to experience, the work has held up well.
