My dentist is great, can't fault him. Expensive and long waiting times. If the lift isn't working the practice is not accessible to people with mobility issues and disabled people. I had one visit where on arrival I discovered that the lift hadn't been working for 3 days. I had to crawl up the stairs with help from a stranger or be penalised for non attendance. If the lift is out-of order then they need to let people know.

Great practice

No problems with today’s visit apart from only being seen 30 mins after my appointment was due. I was told I’d have a ten minute wait though! Staff are always pleasant and helpful, great practice

A great dentist

Always a pleasure to see Madeleine - she’s a lovely person as well as a great dentist! The surgery has a nice feel about it and the reception staff are great too.
