Generally good.
Way to many contact attempts by them prior to your appointment to make sure you're still coming, like silly amounts.
You get seen very close to your appointment time but my main issue is with the price per length of visit.
For me over the last 3 years I have literally been in the room for 4 minutes or less on each appointment and that includes having xrays.
I then get charged the same as someone who might be in for 25 mins.
A more fluid scaled pricing would be good and maybe more of an incentive for people to look after their teeth. Also I am allowing them to see more people and make even more money which niggles a little bit.
Apart from that, all staff are extremely professional and friendly and I have zero complaints about any checkups or treatment.
