Last Wednesday, I felt totally at ease and welcome at your busy Dental Practice from the moment I was greeted by one of your receptionists who efficiently and very pleasantly booked me in and was delighted that I had filled in the relevant personal forms online before my visit!
My dentist, Mr Govinder Dhaliwal, called me in for my appointment exactly on time. He was so cheerful and prepared (as always) for my visit ... straight away asking about a couple of problems which had been highlighted during my last visit. I chose, during that visit, to leave well alone and I made the same decision this visit too. I have no pain and the teeth are of no detriment to me at the moment. It was just so good to have a little chat about the matter. Mr Dhaliwal is very professional and caring and you have total confidence in the advice he gives you. I know that I can contact The Practice if I have an urgent problem with my teeth and I will be dealt with as quickly as possible. Mr Dhaliwal made that quite clear.
I came away from your Practice with an appointment for June 2026 knowing that if, in the meantime, I have any dental problems which suddenly arise, you are only a phone call away.
