My experience

There were up to 4 reception staff but still (an on going problem) no one acknowledges that you're standing there. I did wonder if there was a bell that I was supposed to ring, but I couldn't see one.

I was put at ease

Promptly signed in by a pleasant reception person. I was put at ease for treatment (by Gov and Shannon) for deep cleaning and felt happy with procedure, knowing I only had to raise my arm to stop. Booked my next appointment. Thank you

The welcome at Reception was perfect - courteous and friendly.
I was called in on time and welcomed by the Dentist and Nurse.
The inspection was thorough, explanations and general advice given.

Emergency appointment

I called at 11.30 for an emergency appointment. Was given an appointment for 2.0 pm, on my way home after treatment at 3.0 pm.
I can’t fault all the staff whatsoever

Very polite and friendly

When I arrived at the Practice I’d developed a sore throat and cough. Whilst booking in I asked the male receptionist for a glass of water as I couldn’t stop coughing. He very kindly brought me a glass of water, and when I asked if it was ok to see the Dentist with a sore throat, he told me it wouldn’t matter. The receptionists are very polite and friendly, and make you feel welcome. I enquired about a hygienist, and was given the prices. I said I would arrange a visit early 2026.
