My dentist was very understanding
I went to get fillings but I am very nervous and anxious about medical situations and wasn’t clear that needles would be used for the process. My dentist was very understanding and agreed to rearrange so I can get some anxiety medication.

I felt well looked after
Seen within 5 mins of arriving so no waiting - very pleasant and chatty staff, especially the hygienist who fastidiously worked away at the staining on my teeth ably assisted by the dental nurse - I certainly felt well looked after and was happy with the result.
