Great dentist
Good morning everyone
I am so so grateful for you all. My dentist is so great, always patient with me together with his assistant. As I am suffering from anxiety, sometimes I feel I can't breathe during my treatment. I lift my hand, and my dentist stops what he was doing and lets me catch my breath. He never shouted at me or in any other way made me feel that I am the worst patient ever, I hope I am not, and I just want to express my deepest gratitude for you all. You are all treating your patients with respect and understanding and the reason I know that, because I saw it. Thank you for everything once again.

My experience at Weston Favell Dentist practice. Quick, efficient and helpful staff answering the phone to direct queries to the right person. WFD surgery have a great Reception frontline. I saw my fantastic Dentist (Dr Govind Dhaliwal) who did all the investigations needed and he talked to me about the options available. Always making sure I understood and was happy about what options I had open to me. Many thanks to his Assistant as well who helped with so many things that needed to be done to assist the Dentist with his requirements and she looked after me too. Yesterday I was in a very unfortunate position of the sudden painful demise of a tooth and all that goes with it. It's now evening, and my treatment today means I'm having a much more comfortable night and am calmer now awaiting tooth extraction at the hospital due to tooth complications. I am so grateful not to be in the pain I was in yesterday... what a difference in 48 hours!. Many thanks to all at the Weston Favell Dental Surgery.

The dentist was the best I've ever seen
The male receptionist was so helpful and went out of his way to help me. The dentist was the best I've ever seen. So reassuring, kind, patient, and gentle. I will be eternally grateful to them both and plan to bring in a small gift to show my appreciation.
