Considerate of my fears
The dentist is a good listener as she listened to my concerns before the procedure. The dentist took time to explain the expectations of the procedure and how she would put in consideration to my concerns.
Generally, her gentleness, care and process through the procedure was very good.
Well considerate of my fears and concern. Very careful all through the procedures.
The assistant was not left out at all. What a great team work.

Put me at ease instantly
The receptionist was polite and booked me in quickly. Gov and Shannon put me at ease instantly, examined my teeth and advised me on a deep clean. An appointment was offered for next month. Thank you

An excellent level of service
As always the dentist was friendly, professional and delivered an excellent level of service. The other staff were also friendly and helpful. I rate this practice very highly.

My sister has autism and was booked for a head scan - she was nervous and Shannon was so lovely and caring and made my sister right at ease and she had the head scan done with no problems 🥰 she deserves acknowledgement for how lovely she is
The dental practise as a whole are always really helpful and accommodating with my sister and her needs
