Dentist was polite
Receptionist was very polite, saw the dentist within 10 minutes of mt appointment time. Dentist was polite and explained everything as he went along.

The Dentist my husband saw and her assistant were really friendly and efficient and put him at his ease. I also attend the practice and have done so for many years. Excellent service as always.

Reassuring and efficient
Initial impression, the reception, the receptionists respond very quickly and are very pleasant, efficient and helpful. My dentist and her assistant, though they act more as a team are very calm, welcoming, reassuring and efficient.
Overall the whole dental practice is very well run, and that is the perspective of a NHS patient.

They saw me very quickly
I had to book an emergency appointment this morning at my dentist. They saw me very quickly and gave me antibiotics.
The dentist I saw was very thorough. Great service.

Very happy with our treatment
My husband and I always attend our appointments together and we are always very happy with our treatment from Gov. He is very professional, thoughtful and always with our best interests. Gov always makes sure that we, as his patients, know what treatment is needed and that we are comfortable with it. We know we can trust him with our healthcare.

Prompt service, didn’t have to wait too long. Good thorough dental check up & advice given. Knowledgeable dentist who is polite with good questioning about your dental hygiene & care. Options for further treatment provided & I was also able to add another family member to my family group to receive treatment.
