Very helpful
My dentist was very helpful telling me the right coloured brushes to use for plaque build up. And reassured me about any sensitive teeth, before she started cleaning my teeth, as she knows I’m very nervous about seeing a dentist.

It surprised me to know I have been taken off NHS care because I have not attended appointments. Why do I need to attend appointments if I don't need them at that time. Can you please explain to clients the consequences of not attending for appointments thanks.
