The best dentist I have had
Since moving to Northampton, I have registered with Western Favell Dental Practice. I have been with the same dentist all this time and been very happy and confident with her services. In fact she is most definitely the best dentist I have had throughout my 80 years

Very patient focused
Govind Dhaliwal was excellent as always. Very patient focused, explaining clearly what treatment was needed. Reception staff were very pleasant too. Everywhere was clean and tidy with a nice atmosphere.

I saw Dr G. Yesterday I was very satisfied with my appointment. I needed to have a root canal treatment, I found that my anaesthesia was very good I felt nothing. My dentist explained everything before the appointment, then he refreshed me before starting yesterday and kept me informed during the treatment. Thank you very much.

Emergency appointment
I phoned in asking for emergency treatment for a very painful tooth, was told to come in and would probably have to wait to be seen, which was quite acceptable. I went at the time given and was seen almost immediately and given some antibiotics for a gum infection, and told to make another appointment in a month's time just to check all was well. Very pleased with the quick response.
