The Receptionist provided good customer service. My appointment was 9am and I was called in a few minutes earlier which was good.
My dentist is very professional and I never worry about going as I know he will carry out a good and thorough inspection.

When I made my original appointment I asked to be considered for a cancellation. I received a call yesterday confirming a cancellation for 09:15 today. The check in was very quick the receptionist was very friendly. I was called to the dentist on time. The dentist was very thorough, after the inspection she took two X-rays and discovered an infected tooth. She also recommended two extractions and explained that because I was on blood thinners she would need to refer me to a specialist. She explained the procedure and that I would receive the necessary information today. I received the information and had booked the appointment with the specialist within one hour of my dental appointment. Excellent service by a superb NHS dentist.
