The staff here are friendly and very helpful. All treatments i have had have always been carried out with care and attention. For this I would give the practice 5 stars.
However the answerphone, on-line booking and registration systems are beyond useless.
Always talk directly to the receptionist to ensure correct dates and times.

I visited yesterday, the young man was very polite at reception, and appointment was prompt and barely 5 minutes to wait to see Dentist, who was also very smiley as were his assistants

I have been with Weston Favell for many years and have always been extremely satisfied with the service. I have been with Gov for at least 10 years and I am always pleased with the service and treatment I receive.

Best dentist I've ever had
Shivani is always so kind and welcoming she makes you feel comfortable and explains in depth what is going on with your teeth she always is always gentle and every time she gives a numbing injection she says sorry for the slight discomfort it causes

They didn't cancel my appointment for once which was good. I did feel the dentist couldn't have left quicker. He spent 2 mins looking at my teeth and by the time I had opened the door to leave, he had this coat and backpack on and was off home.

Check up and filling in same appointment
The dentist made me feel comfortable and I couldn’t have asked for any more than I was treated.I went in for a check up and needed a filling! The time was just enough to give me my filling and I was looked after in the same morning! So very thankful as I haven’t missed any work!
