Weston Favell Dental Practice
There's a new system where you do all the forms online before you arrive and it is more efficient. How is it efficient? Well, now I go there, tell them I'm here and the process is much quicker. Definitely like how it is now.

Explains everything clearly
Apparently I've been seeing the same dentist for 10 years now. He's been really good, explains everything clearly and treatment has always been a lot less uncomfortable than I expect.

My experience
I found the young receptionist abrupt with me.
I had come out of the consulting room and stood to 1 side to pay my bill and get my prescription stamped.
In front of everyone the young lady said there was a queue. At 71 years of age I felt rather embarrassed. It took some self control to ask her who did she think she was talking to.
Luckily a lovely lady let me go to the front as I was there before her. Is it normal practice to go to the back of a queue who are just waiting to register for their appointment.

Needed a lost filling replaced and got an appointment within 24 hours. Seen on time and was even advised on the most cost effective way to pay for my treatment. Staff friendly and encouraging. Many thanks. Happy days.

So caring
The receptionists were very polite and helpful. The dentist who did my filling was so caring, and I hardly felt a thing.The dental nurse was the best so far by not making me reach when sucking up the water. Thank you so much everyone.
