Though consultation was perfectly fine and X ray taken of broken tooth, I was told that it would need cleaning out. I was told to book another appointment for that. Unfortunately nothing available till 10th of November! And would then be coming back on another occasion to rebuild tooth if remains ok. If I was to have an infection in the meantime because of the broken tooth? Wouldn't it be more sensible to do the cleaning procedure in that first appointment which would take 10 to 15 minutes? Or is it about making more money from patient appointments?

My dentist is great, only ever offers treatments that are actually required ! I’ve never had any issues in getting appointments, my previous dentist was awful and even after my daughter had a numbing injection she complained she still felt it and basically didn’t listen however our new dentist is great and really good with my children aswell

Today I contacted Weston Favell Dental Practise because I had a lump on my gum. The receptionist took all my details and rang me back after speaking to the dentist. I was given a waiting emergency appointment, to see the dentist in between patients. I was seen 45 minutes later and given a prescription for antibiotics. I have always found this practice to be professional, obliging and great at communicating. If you are looking for a dentist practice that is helpful, friendly, competent, gentle and prepared to go above and beyond ... this is for you.

Excellent service. Reminders sent by text in advance and opportunity given to complete paperwork on line before the appointment. Appointment on time and dentist took time to explain all outcomes in detail and get me booked in for treatment in a few weeks, filling and cleaning. I am very satisfied with my experience.
