Great experience! Reception staff friendly. Dentist always very friendly and always helpful advice. I turned up, checked in at reception, and within 1 minute I was seeing the dentist! Great!

I was greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist. The very kind dentist did a thorough check of my teeth and explained everything carefully. I'm booked in for further treatment shortly. No worries!

I contacted the surgery at 9.30am on monday, having suffered gum and tooth pain over the weekend. I was given an appointment for 2.15pm, and was treated by my appointed dentist, and given a follow up appointment for probable extraction. Thank you.

Took my concerns seriously
When I phoned for an appointment the receptionist was very understanding and got me an appointment much sooner than I had expected. When I arrived I didn’t have to wait and was in on time. My dentist took my concerns seriously, she has a very caring attitude and did exactly what I expected, taking x-rays to reassure me.

We've used this practice for many, many years. In the early days, it wouldn't get 5 stars! But, for the last 6-7 years it has really improved! Appointments are always on time, nearly always a little early, making future appointments always easy. The reception staff are actually very helpful, many others could learn from these! And, our dentist and dental nurse, are both excellent! I know many people are unhappy at not having a dentist, but we've been here for at least 20 years, we've seen so many dentists come & go! You must keep attending, otherwise you'll lose your place, then it's your own fault when you can't get an appointment!
