Received text, email and phone reminders of my check up appointment. Completed online health questionnaires. On the day my appointment was prompt. Great service by my very approachable dentist Rajdeep Singh offering advice on NHS treatment and cleaning.

Govind is a very good Dentist. He makes sure that you are comfortable before he starts his examination. He is gentle and kind and makes you feel completely at ease. One of life's gentlemen. Very rare today.
I would certainly, without a shadow of doubt recommend him to my family and friends.

Would recommend
I have been attending this dentist for 26 years and despite always feeling anxious about going to the dentist I have always had a positive experience. I adore Lovelyna (my dentist and her assistant), they always ask me how I am and just have a nice friendly & calming presence. I am never in the chair longer than 5 minutes and always leave with clean teeth! Although, the dentist always seems to running 5-10 minutes late, but that’s just life. The people on reception are also very nice!

Always a pleasure to get treatment here.
They all seem to be a happy crew and make you feel welcome.
Since my last visit, they now have you signing into an iPad type device. Yes it works but having already filled out my main medical forms online at home, I only had to fill in that I was here. This took far longer than just telling one of usually 3 to 4 receptionist that I was here. Why did it want me to fill in my address again? Some lady was still filling hers in when she came back out again and one of the receptionists had to help her. Something to think about for getting the flow back to normal.
I still think this is a very good practice though, so still 5 stars 🌟⭐⭐⭐⭐ 👍

Lower plate probmems
I have had a new lower plate made but I have been struggling to eat properly despite the fact that I had worn a similar plate before it broke. Maddie has been very thorough in trying to find the problem and never given up on my problem. This time, however, she has been successful in getting round a problem that had arisen on my gum, needless to say, I am extremely glad of her thorough work.

Trip to the dentist
I am not keen on the dentist but was made to feel very welcome. Shivani explained everything in a way I understood and understand what I need to do going forward and I certainly don’t feel as nervous about going back.
