Dr Beth Kidd is a very experienced dentist. She explained things to me during the examination to be sure I understood what was going on and had a calming effect on me. She is very kind and really cares for her patients. I am very grateful to her for seeing me so quickly for an emergency appointment.

I’m a very nervous dental patient, so finding a dentist where I feel comfortable is really important to me. From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly well looked after.

There isn’t really any parking available at the practice, which is the only downside. However, the receptionist was very kind and pleasant, and the nurse came down to greet me and immediately put me at ease. She took the time to speak to me and seemed genuinely interested in me as a person, rather than simply working through the usual questions and formalities.

The dentist was equally fantastic. They listened carefully to everything I had to say and were incredibly supportive throughout the appointment. Everything was explained clearly — what was going to happen, how it might feel, and how I could ask them to stop or pause at any point. I was even given a stress ball to squeeze, which was such a thoughtful touch.

At the end of the appointment, everything was explained fully and I never felt rushed or dismissed.

If all dental practices were like this, I genuinely don’t think I would have an issue going to the dentist! I would highly recommend this practice, especially to anyone who is nervous or anxious about dental treatment.

A really nice and friendly dental practice, where you are well taken care of.
I came for a deep cleaning, which is split into two one hour appointments. First time I have ever had this done, so was nervous and didn't know what to expect. Dr Monica Lee and Crystal took such good care of me and were so nice, it put me at ease. I am really glad I came here and had this treatment done. The reception team are also welcoming and friendly too and a credit to the practice.
