My first visit to the surgery was such a positive one. The staff are very friendly creating a warm atmosphere in the waiting room. I was lucky enough to see Dr Millhouse. He couldn’t have been more reassuring. I felt totally at ease, listened to and supported with my teeth and gum worries. I am grateful to have found Dr Millhouse. Highly recommend.

A thorough examination
I visited Cavendish House Dental Care on Wednesday, 2 October. My appointment was my six-monthly dental checkup. Doctor Millhouse gave me a thorough examination and also took X-rays which were due. He gave me some useful tips on cleaning and flossing my teeth in particular areas and checked which brushes I was using. He also put some stuff which tasted like banana on a wisdom tooth which was showing signs of decay and gave me a time limit for when I should begin eating and drinking again. I was happy with the appointment. Reception looked after me very well, calling a taxi for me and asking the driver to come in and take me to his car because I am blind. It is unfortunate that the pin pad for making payment is now a touch screen instead of a keypad. Otherwise no complaints.

Good advice, welcoming
I attended for my 6 monthly review. Dr Millhouse provided good advice regarding my teeth maintenance. I also saw Katie who was extremely kind in her approach and also provided guidance with my teeth health.
Overall, from the receptionist to the dental nurses everyone was very welcoming.

Understanding of my fear
Both Dr Millhouse & his dental nurse were, as ever, very understanding of my fear of visits to the dentist. I always note the cleanliness of the room, equipment etc. & I appreciate the excellent standard of dealing with the necessary processes.
