Casey is my dentist and she is very caring and gives good advice. Casey's nurse is also always friendly. The receptionists are also very friendly and helpful. I am very happy with treatment at Cavendish House.

Caring, kind
Being someone very nervous about going to the dentist I find all of the dentists hygenists and their assistants to be very caring, kind and professional. They make you feel reasonably relaxed and explain all that is going on. They ask how you have been and if you have any questions. Even if they are running late they still have time for you and never make you feel uncomfortable. They certainly make me feel less nervous. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was given a short emergency appointment as I was in pain. My own dentist was on holiday. I was dealt with very thoroughly and kindly by the dentist and her assistant. A conclusion was reached that was fully and helpfully demonstrated and explained, and I was given clear instructions regarding the action I needed to seek from my GP, which I was able to do immediately.
