Recommended
All the staff I interact with are friendly & polite yet still professional.
I regularly see both Dr Richard Millhouse and Carly Dibden. They are very knowledgeable, professional and proactive in giving me advice on improving my dental hygiene. I’ve been visiting the practice since at least 2000 & recommend it to others looking for dental care.

Appointment for damaged filling
I lost part of an amalgam filling while using TePe brush. Surgery gave me an appointment quickly in two days. They offered one the next day but I already had appointments then. I was given a temporary filling and appointment for further treatment within a week.
All the staff were very polite, caring and helpful.

Excellent care given to my daughter. Beth was amazing with myself and daughter Chloe. Would recommend anyone to see Beth. This was our first time seeing Beth and she was brilliant so calming and informative and very thorough.

Emergency appointment
Dr Millhouse made time to see me as an emergency appointment on the same day that I phoned the practice. He listened carefully to my symptoms, examined my teeth, took X-rays and clearly explained his suggestions for treatment. While examining my teeth he warned me when I might feel discomfort. I feel very reassured and confident that I understand what the suggested treatment involves, including potential risks. Dr Millhouse also explained what I should do if my symptoms worsen before my next appointment. I feel well cared for.
The receptionist was helpful and sympathetic; she took details of my symptoms when booking my appointment. She was friendly and answered my questions clearly.
I received an itemised treatment plan by email which outlines the estimated cost of my treatment.
Thank you Cavendish House for this excellent standard of care.

Dr P is a really good professional. She is always charming and polite and does her work to a very high standard.
