I had a great experience with Doctor Lee. She is an incredibly talented professional, and so kind and caring as well! Her first assessment during my first visit was meticolous and she was clear and supportive whilst explaining the treatment I would need. The treatment was done by her during my second visit, with astonishing expertise and care, and I felt safe and cared for, all along the very intensive treatment I needed. Everything went very well and I am so glad I chose Dr Lee to do it. She was helped by her really good assistant Crystal, who was very kind and professional too.
The receptionist in the surgery was also very pleasant and everything in Cavendish House was sparkling clean and comfortable, which is really important in a medical environment.

My experience
Dentist, assistant and reception all excellent. I am however still very concerned about the 'oral health' questionnaire sent to patients before appointments. It is mostly about cosmetic appearance not health, asking leading questions about what you would like to change about your smile, or whether you would like younger looking skin. These questions are inappropriate, likely to promote feelings of body dismorphia and a culture of unnecessary cosmetic treatments. It is not appropriate in this day and age, we should celebrate graceful aging and not seeing wrinkles as something requiring treatment. Even this feedback form has a question about cosmetic treatments, stop all the promotion of these, we don't want them! If this is a feedback questionnaire, why do I then need to be told about your cosmetic treatments?

A thorough checkup
It was pleasant to arrive at reception today. The area is always tidy & the staff calm & welcoming. I enjoyed a short read of the National Geographic magazine. Dr Millhouse greeted me, as ever, with kindness & good cheer. After a thorough checkup he explained his plans to remedy the problems I have clearly. There was time for me to ask questions. At reception my payment & next appointment details were dealt with efficiently & in a friendly manner.
