I visited the hygienist today and was pleased to have the air polishing explained. Almost pain free, it took no longer than the high waters pressure cleaning of the past. I also valued the demonstration of correct brushing with an electric tooth brush to remove all plaque daily.

I’ve been with Cavendish surgery for over 20 years, can’t fault the practice from the reception staff to the hygienist to the dentist, I saw Beth for treatment! I was not the best patient but Beth and her dental nurse was amazing very patient with me and explained everything to me ! wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I attended Cavendish house when I was a child, and then other dental practices while I was at university. I returned as an adult when I settled back in Cambridge. They are an incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional practice. I have anxiety over visiting the dentist after some bad experiences at other places and I can honestly say I have never felt more looked after. My dentist, hygienist and the dental nurses who work with them are so kind and compassionate, I never feel like they are rushing the appointments and they find ways of helping me relax particularly if I have to have a procedure. 10/10 would recommend.

What I love most is there’s zero pressure or upselling. No mystery “treatments” you don’t need — just honest, gentle, top-quality care.
