I came in today for my appointment with Carol the dental hygienist, she was amazing and has done a wonderful job on my teeth, I highly recommend Carol, she’s lovely and talks to you all the way through your appointment.

My experience
Visited today and saw dentist and hygienist that I haven't had experience with before, first time I haven't felt at ease during the process. Explained to the dentist I was experiencing some pain in upper left side and they advised it would be wisdom tooth.... all my notes should be on system that I have recently had a wisdom tooth removed.
Hygienist didn't really speak or stop in sensitive areas when I was experiencing pain.
Think in future I will stick with the dentist and hygienist I usually see.

I had an appointment with the dentist and hygienist. Welcoming, friendly atmosphere in a spotlessly clean dental practice that also has parking. Dentist and hygienist are both knowledgable, approachable and explained everything clearly to me. I felt like my teeth and gums are in good hands and I'm very happy with my appointment today. My appointment was scheduled at 4.10 pm and I finally went in at 4.30 pm. No apologies were given either by the reception staff or the hygienist.
