Have been a patient at the practice for 40 years. Always receive a professional and personal service of the highest quality. Although I moved away from Cannock 12 years ago still remain a patient at the practice.

Another wonderful experience at Chris Bird dental care Ltd Cannock.
I have been a patient here for forty years.
I am very nervous and anxious prior to visiting the dentist. But leave there wondering why I ever felt that way.

Meera as usual, made me feel relaxed and and less anxious, providing a calm friendly and professional atmosphere, putting me totally at ease throughout my treatment.
I even received a courtesy call following extensive treatment to make sure all was well, and that I hadn't any problems or concerns. That's what you call going above and beyond, and the reason I still travel from Derbyshire for my treatment.

Caring, made feel very relaxed

On arrival very polite staff. Wasn’t kept waiting, went into the dentist and had treatment, staff once again very caring, made feel very relaxed.

My experience

I can’t fault my dentist, he is great.
My only issue is the hygienist. I don’t feel she is thorough enough. I feel she just skims my teeth and doesn’t give them a thorough enough polish which is annoying especially as I’m paying private.

Calm, polite approach

Today, my first visit to a Dental hygienist. I was not looking forward to it but was nicely surprised by the calm, polite approach from this lady who made me feel relaxed and comfortable explaining all procedures clearly and in detail. I'm happy to follow all advice, to which I now own an Electric toothbrush.

Excellent service

Dentists consistently provide an excellent service giving time and an individualised service. However, dentists can run late. If this happens it would be nice to receive a call from the practice.
