I recently had some cosmetic dental treatment with Meera, and I couldn't be happier with the results and the whole experience. I cannot praise Meera enough for her attention to detail and kindness. Nothing was too much trouble to ensure I was happy. Thank you.

I was originally registered with Mr Bird, then left the area. Having returned - and despite Mr Bird having retired I count myself as really fortunate at having been able to re register with this excellent dental practice! I am now in the care of Meera and her team and I cannot sing their praises highly enough. I have recently undergone treatment for a decaying filling which involved the dreaded injections obviously.....I have to say, no pain whatsover, a professional, kind and understanding approach by Meera and the dental nurse involved with my treatment.

Meera gives of her time and expertise whilst you are being treated and I have no hesitation in giving a 5 star review!

Thanks Meera for once again keeping me calm and reassuring me throughout my treatment to replace 2 old fillings today. The explanation of the process so I know what is being done helps immensely as I get quite stressed when I visit the dentist. Meera has a very calm manner and I would recommend her especially to anyone who gets a bit anxious when going to the dentist.

I have never written a testimony or review before, but in this instance I feel I must. As a Managing Director of a group of companies that pride themselves on customer service, it is refreshing to see Chris Bird Dental Care providing the service of looking after people, is alive and well...! Everyone at Chris Bird made me feel comfortable and welcome...in fact rather special and it would be unfair to single any one person out as they were all brilliant.
I had a broken filling and some discomfort, was booked in the next day and quickly sorted out. In addition I had some work on my front teeth which required a correction to my "smile"...check the pictures out...the results were fantastic...!
I would not hesitate to recommend Chris Bird Dental Care...they provide - ACE .... AMAZING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE...!

This year I have recieved two important treatments by Meera and her team (Ella & Lucy).
The first at the start of lockdown and the second in November.
I can honestly say the service and interaction from phone call to walking out of the practice has been outstanding.
My treatments lead by Meera have be superb. Her empathy, warmth, gentle touch (dispite performing an extraction) keeping me informed and never rushed.
Meera made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout.

I'm currently seeing Raj for my braces. I never feel rushed, he talks me through everything he is going to do so I understand and makes me feel at ease. Would highly recommend.

I have attending this practice for ten years and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Amit is passionate about oral health and he is both professional and dedicated to his care of patients. He explains any necessary treatment fully, and he carries it out expertly, I have never experienced any pain or discomfort during procedures.
I also visit the hygienist who is fantastic.
And When attending my routine appointments i am always greeted in a friendly manner from all the reception team.

My wife and I have always been very satisfied with the high quality of treatment provided by this practice. Our visit today was no exception to see Amit and Meera and the hygienist. The staff are all very welcoming especially Ella. The practice is very professionally run and very caring and friendly at all times. Today I had to have a tooth extracted. I was more than nervous to tell the truth. My dentist and the dental nurse showed me so much consideration and empathy, it was more than I expected. This extended into the waiting area where an amazing nurse stayed with me until I was OK to leave. Thank you all so much.
This surgery is clean and the covid procedures are thorough. I can't recommend them highly enough.

So so pleased with the work Meera did on my teeth , at last i can smile in photos again 😁 ,.The whole experience was explained to me in detail so that I knew exactly what was being done. Meera is an absolute perfectionist who spent time getting everything exactly as she wanted it , just what you need when having work done . She and Erin her assistant also were very friendly and informative. I cant recommend them enough . I also have to say Amit who looks after my teeth during the year does a fabulous job 😁😁

Great dental surgery, as a nervous patient was completely put at ease. They booked me in for an appointment to be seen really quickly, and everything was explained to me in regards to further appointments for work that needed doing. Didn’t feel rushed and went home feeling relieved. Staff are really helpful and understanding of personal circumstances too. All round great service.
