Very good
Genuine care to get the treatment right
Returned today for the next stage of my root canal. Cannot fault the service from Amit and the nurses. After the initial removal of my nerve (the pain source) where the surgery opened an hour early to fit me in, the remaining process of completing the root canal has been carried out over a period of time to ensure everything is settled and pain free before completing the next step. None of my appointments have felt rushed. I’m pleased with how thorough Amit has been and that feel there is a genuine care to get the treatment right.

Professionalism and kindness
Thank you to Amit for his patience, understanding and skill. The condition I have causes neuropathic pain in the teeth and it is difficult to distinguish between toothache caused by real dental problems and pain caused by non dental issues. Not being able to eat properly and the random nature of the pain attacks cause anxiety.
The practice has tried so hard to reassure me and give me extra time as needed and has referred me as appropriate. I am very grateful for their professionalism and kindness

Everything is carefully explained
Excellent.
It is about a year since I started seeing Arun, Sophie, and Carol to look after my teeth. In that time I have had an extraction, three hygienist visits and a couple of implants.
No pain. Minimal discomfort. Everything is carefully explained.
So different to all the other dentists I have seen. NHS or private.
