Fantastic dentist
I had an exceptionally kind lady today - she did 2 fillings and was so very caring, it was in the lime suite. I was afraid to attend the appointment. But she gave me breathing techniques and guided me through it all with love and care. I’m not sure of her name, I should have remembered. Fantastic dentist, she will know who I am if she reads this. I came in at 1pm today.

Fantastic
I came for a general check up today with the new NHS Dentist, and she was fantastic. She was really friendly, asking me questions to begin with (not about dentistry) that really put me at ease, because I can be anxious even for check ups! She was very thorough checking my neck for any lumps, which no dentist has ever checked before. Even though my check up went really well, she still made me aware of some staining on my back teeth and just reassured me to take extra care to reach the back molars when brushing. She is a great new addition to the Chris Bird Dental Team.

The staff are very friendly and talk you through the procedures beforehand. They explain in a calm and professional manner. They got me in the same day for treatment after a checkup identified the need to address a couple of issues.

Always amazed how Arun is very sensitive to how I am feeling what he is doing. Very focused on doing what (ever) it is that he is doing. I could tell you more if there was a you tube type camera and screen.
