I recently had dental implants at Holmes Dental, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care I received. From start to finish, Barry and the whole team were highly professional, reassuring, and incredibly supportive.
The procedure was explained clearly, everything was handled with great care, and the aftercare has been excellent. The staff genuinely go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and well looked after — nothing felt rushed, and every question was answered.
My case was very challenging, but this amazing team delivered outstanding results. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Holmes Dental to anyone considering implants or any dental treatment.

Highly recommend
I had my teeth cleaned by the hygienist and dental nurse, they put you at ease as soon as you meet them. I found it so relaxing once sitting in the chair, they cleaned my teeth and carried out a health assessment on my gums which was pain free. I felt a million dollars leaving the dentist, great having a mirror on my visor in the car. Highly recommend Holmes Dental

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Dr Barry Holmes at his dental practice in Cardiff. His support staff also deserve praise. All aspects of my treatment were thoroughly explained throughout procedures carried out. I am prepared to make the 3 hour round trip in order to receive such excellent service and treatment.

Check up following extractions.
A warm welcome on arrival, went straight in to see Barry as I was a little late. Barry was lovely & welcoming as always.
He was pleased how I had healed following 2 extractions. I had an Xray to check bone healing in readiness for the next stage of placing posts for 2 further implants scheduled for February 2026.
These will be my 7th implants with Barry Holmes. The whole journey has been a positive experience. I have had no issues or setbacks to deal with. Barry talks you through each step of the way, so nothing is a surprise.
Barry's small talk is your teeth.
I can't recommend Barry and his team enough. You feel safe and cared for in their hands.
Plus I can visit their hygienists 5/6 times a year to keep my teeth looking spectacular.
