Opal Dental Clinic

I had an upper moler extraction and developed an infection & a dry socket afterwards. Ammar has been amazing, he has seen me without an appointment on several occasions & given me 1-1 care and attention. All the staff are also so helpful & caring from the nurse who held my hand during the procedure & the receptionist when I called. I am very thankful I have this practise as my dentist because of the care & attention I have received throughout the past 5 weeks. Thank you!!

Dr Ammar Salman & his exceptional team were truly amazing, the new receptionist was so kind friendly & helpful, & the lovely dental nurse that held my hand was calm & caring,. First visit with Ban, so gentle didn’t keep me hanging around, (had emergency appointment the day after I rang) I've been in so much pain over the last 2weeks. Waiting for antibiotics to work to get a tooth extracted.(from clenching my jaw) Even ended up in A&E twice. I was frightened to walk through the door (dramatic I know) but you know how it feels!!
Amman explained everything he was going to do, i was literally shaking.
The back lower tooth a difficult extraction as roots weren’t straight, was out within minutes and I DIDN'T FEEL A THING.
I sat in the chair at 2.10 & by 2.31 it was out!!
I cannot thank you enough, your professionalism exceeds itself. The phone call the next day to see how I was doing, was that extra mile :)
Our family have always gone to this practice with the previous dentist (over 25yrs) it’s always a worry when things change but we will continue our journey travelling from Pembrokeshire for our dental treatment with Ammar as I have 100% faith that he will provide the best pain free treatment always. At the best price.

Absolutely amazing thanks to ammar and lovely young lady which I did forget your name sorry.
I was petrified today but never felt a thing with tooth extraction and both made me feel at ease.
Thanks to receptionist who is lovely.

Excellent staff .they new i was not a fan of dentist and openly admitted i was scared, the dentist made me feel very comfortable and reassuring. They extracted two teeth i did not feel any pain .he made sure i was completely pain free ,im still scared but i have this experience to fall back on if i require any further dental treatment thankyou all staff at opal dental care.

I am an extremely nervous patient, and I have to give huge praise to all of the team at the Opal Dental Practice. They were empathetic and explained everything, I never thought I would have such a great experience with no pain or issues. Definitely be back. Thanks guys.

I can’t recommend Opal Dental enough. After being turned away by other dentists, I finally found Omar, who was willing to help with composite bonding—and I’m so glad I did. From the start, he was reassuring, professional, and really took the time to understand what I wanted.

The results are honestly amazing. My teeth look so natural and exactly how I’d hoped, if not better. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his patients.

If you’ve been told no elsewhere or you’re feeling unsure, I’d definitely say go and see Omar. I’m so grateful I did.

I’ve been coming to Opal dentist since having an emergency appointment back in 2020. Since then I’ve had several treatments including root canal and today, I had an extraction. All treatments completed by Dr Amaar Salman. As someone who is petrified of the dentist, Amaar has always made me feel as calm as possible during my treatments and took the time to explain everything in detail. He even rang me to make sure I was ok after the treatment which was so thoughtful.

The dental nurses who work on a Monday and Wednesday are amazing! They made me feel at ease and supported me during my appointments. Thank you girls!

If anyone is scared of the dentist like me, I would definitely recommend having treatment at Opal Dental.

The service we receive is excellent, very friendly and professional

Receptionists always polite and efficient. Saw Rachel. As always a good examination and the whole procedure explained as it went on. Following examination it was clearly explained to us what further work was required and the price. We're able to make an appointment for the further work before we left the surgery. Have to say it was much sooner than I thought it would be.
