My experience
I was kept waiting for 50 minutes after my appointment time and then there was absolutely no acknowledgment that they were running late, apologies for keeping me waiting etc. Had I been that late I would have been turned away. I appreciate sometimes things take longer than anticipated but the lack of apology was disappointing. As such then, the dentist was evidently running behind and I felt very rushed with my appointment (I had come for treatment). I did also inform the dentist I was feeling nervous and unfortunately all of this did not help already high anxiety levels.

We are sorry you felt your appointment was rushed and you felt anxious. I will make a note on your file for future appointments and give you a call before hand if we feel you could be waiting beyond your appointment time.
Unfortunately we have no control over how the day would pan out, Mondays are the worse day for emergencies and we do our best to avoid this situation and not keep patients waiting. I did explain the circumstances and ask if you would prefer to rebook. Again, apologies .

I am very grateful
I am a client of Opal and rang this morning with a concern and a request to see if Dr Jafer could possibly see me on short notice as I’m due to go on holiday in 2 days time.
An hour later I was in the chair being examined by Dr Salman as Dr Jafer was off.
With a careful and thorough examination the culprit of my discomfort was unearthed and a course of antibiotics was prescribed.
Dr Salman went into extensive detail and nothing was rushed just a solid and professional service. It has saved me from untold misery during my upcoming holiday and I am very grateful to all concerned.
Would highly recommend Opal Dental clinic.
