My check up with Ban was as straightforward as it always is. She checked my teeth thoroughly and then gave them a good clean. She’s always very pleasant and straight to the point. I’m glad that the clinic has DPAS as it’s so useful being able to pay monthly.

I felt cared for.
Very helpful and patient with my queries and attentive check up. My teeth are happier! One slight thing...The suction tube was used a little heavy-handed initially but adjusted immediately that discomfort was noted; I felt cared for. Thank you. And would recommend.

My experience
As usual the attitude of the reception staff left a lot to be desired. The only reason I still attend this practice is because of the dentist herself. She is friendly, caring and professional. When this practice goes completely Private I will be changing to another dental practice where the receptionist know how to speak to patients

From the moment you entered the practice your attitude towards staff was very hostile, We tried to explain we would not have changed your first name from Carole to Carol-Ann this was done Via the online portal and that the way you speak to staff is not acceptable and will not be tolerated.

This practice is outstanding they are lovely people who provide you with the best possible service you can get they seen me In a emergency when no other dentis was helping me the dentis was upfront honest and so helpful providing me treatment the receptionist was a absolute star she is so nice she helps you get appointments and listens to your issues her customers service was excellent and 5star service .
