Was really anxious coming (fear of dentists and not best condition teeth) Receptionist and all other staff I saw/spoke to were lovely and I left feeling a lot calmer.
Came away with a plan and the best info for me.
Not a bad word to say. Fab experience!

Highly recommend this practice
I was a few minutes late due to parking but that was forgiven with a warm welcome from the friendly and helpful receptionist.
The dentist was professional and helpful, by discussing future options. The dentist does not appear to log every single tooth like they used to plus a short scale and polish would have been nice.
However, I can highly recommend this practice for their welcoming hospitality and professionalism.

Routine visit
Another very good appointment, gave me useful advice and arranged for me to see the hygienist there and then for a deep clean, which saved me booking another appointment. Very good service from the reception as well. All areas very clean and welcoming. Thank you.

Dental check-up and x-rays.
Rachel, as always, provided excellent care. She is always pleasant, informative and very caring. Whilst I realise that it’s a funding issue, I wasn’t happy at having to wait for eighteen months between appointments. I will write to the local Health Board as I realise these decisions come from them.

Actually a dentist I enjoy going to. Had to have a tooth out today 😩 but honestly I was laughing pretty much the whole time. Apart from the injection 😭 The lady at reception was sooo friendly, and the dentist and assistant were full of chats and jokes. Pretending it was one of my front teeth was coming out made me howl 🤣🤣 and I'm a 51 Yr old woman 🤣🤣🤣 I was at ease after honestly being sooooo nervous about it.
Having read a previous review about phonecalls not answered my experience was I left a message and had a call back within half hour so I really can't complain
Roll on check up - I'm missing the jokes already

Rachel and everyone at Opal Dental Practice have been so friendly, patient, helpful, professional, understanding and kind through my treatments and tooth struggles, and I am so grateful for their expertise in addressing my issues when they have arisen. They have been amazing when I’ve had a dental emergency, and been very prompt in helping find a solution in that situation and was seen as soon as possible. The same goes for all the other times and I can’t fault them at all. I am so grateful for you all and have helped restore confidence and my quality of life when struggling, so thank you so very much and I’m so glad I have you to turn to whenever I have a dental problem that arises or one that can be prevented.
