Able to see me at short notice

The practice was able to see me at short notice (due to a problem I was experiencing) and we managed to work out an ongoing strategy to hopefully prevent further pain in the future.

All staff were lovely

Friendliness & cleanliness.
All staff were lovely.
I am the world's worst for dentist appointments due to being nervous.
Dentist ( Amaar ) was fab, spoke to me all the way through treatment, explained everything clearly……& didnt hurt.
The practice has done a full turn around since taking over & for the better.

So caring and kind

Absolutely brilliant practice, all staff friendly and polite, nothing is too much trouble, Ban is so caring and kind, she ensures you understand everything and answers all questions.
