I have been with this dental practice for about 5 years now and I feel that the level of care and communication offered by FOH staff, the dentist I see and the dental nurses has improved a lot.
I currently have Madeleine as my dentist and she is so easy to talk to about dental concerns and is clearly caring and knowledgeable.
I have requested to have information about whats happening during or before appointments and have always been given the details Ive needed to feel at ease.
I have always been made to feel comfortable by her and the dental nurses that work alongside her and I felt I needed to write a review to highlight this.

Honestly - I have no words to describe the exceptional treatment i received.
I had 2 extractions and a filling and I was in and out in no time , very professional & completely painless. I have never ever felt so comfortable and at ease "ever" at any dentist . The whole team at Park Place Dental Practise is exceptional and you can tell everyone cares and Patients welfare is top priority . As someone who suffers with severe CPST anxiety and Panic attacks and haven't been able to get treatment for many years due to this. I am very much looking forward to my ongoing treatment and finally getting my smile back .

Any issues I've come to the practice with have been quickly and effectively dealt with. Omar has been fantastic throughout with providing the best possible dental care, especially with the Invisalign process. The results have been great and really worth it!

After switching to Park Place Dental this year, I am finally in a place where my teeth and mouth are (and feel) healthy!
I have had ongoing issues for over 7 years that other dentists have made worse. But Mark has fixed these issues.
He is evidently a very good dentist as he made even my complex procedures seem easy and pain free! I can not recommend him enough!

Had a appointment today with Madeleine what a Lovly lady talk through each stage she is doing and her co worker long side her. Went very smooth and I would recommend. The front desk team are amazing and very helpful full with appointments or even if have to change very understanding team going up and above. Well done team and keep the hard work up :-)

Have received a very professional tailor made treatment plan
Have previously had trauma as a child/adolescent with regards to Dentist and have been very reluctant to seek care/treatment
However Consultant Dentist put me at ease Listened to my hopes for outcome of treatment
A treatment plan was formulated and agreed Plan included each step and cost which has allowed me to budget accordingly
I'm very happy with this surgery and would highly recommend them
