Have had numerous procedures with Amy who has been great, kind and took her time to explain best possible treatment. Also had some questions which Sophie had answered quickly for me. Phoned yesterday for advice about a needed procedure for a relative . From the moment Sophie answered my call she was kind , caring and knowledgeable. She listened to the situation and went and got advice from the dentist Mark who requested photographs .
Within an hour Sophie called back and booked my sister in for her treatment .
She gave lots of information on what would happen on the day and was very reassuring .
As a first point of call I have not come across anybody as helpful , caring and knowledgeable as Sophie in a medical environment and i was completely blown away by the service I received yesterday . Many thanks to you .

I recently had one of the composite bonding on my front teeth fall off since being done at another dentist several years ago. I phoned Park Place to see if they had any emergency appointments for new patients, and luckily they managed to fit me in during a busy week! Sophie and Jasmine were super helpful in communicating with me, and they made the whole process very easy, transparent and straightforward. When arriving, the whole reception team were really friendly and professional, and I was seen a few minutes later by Amy; she was also very friendly and made me feel at ease, and did an amazing job saving my tooth!
I would highly recommend Park Place Dental- definitely the best service at a dentists I’ve had, and the whole team are happy to help and answer any questions you have. Thanks again!

On arrival I was greeted by a bubbly young energetic lass.
I was welcomed into the dentists room by another lovely young lady who had the kind of feet like she was about to carry a ring up a mountain to destroy it but she was fantastic.
I was welcomed into the room by the dentist Saahir. He was extremely friendly and put me at ease and when I was fully reclined he started to caress my teeth with a deft touch that showed me he knew his way around a humans mouth.
All in all it was a great experience and l'd recommend this dental practice to anyone!!

I highly recommend Park Place due to their kindness, attention to detail and always ensuring you leave happy with any work done. I’ve had multiple appointments with Amy as I wanted a nicer smile; she was attentive, patient and a perfectionist. I’m very happy with the end result, a nice confidence booster for me. Goes without saying but the other members of staff are all lovely and accommodating too - the other dentists, nurses and the receptionists all deserve a mention.

I visited this practice for the first time today and had a very good experience. My dentist, Omar Parvaiz, was very approachable, informative and reassuring. He talked through a range of approaches to treatment, from short to long term, and explained what was happening throughout the treatment session. I left feeling very well looked after and far more informed about my oral health going forward. I would totally recommend this practice and will be going back.

I'm not the biggest fan of going to the dentist but Park Place is excellent. Lovely reception staff, and Omar (the dentist) was really friendly and reassuring. The soothing forest scene on the ceiling was a particularly nice touch, helping to keep me calm during my check-up!
