Amazing care, explained everything to me thoroughly, don't know how they could be better.

I dealt with shaunna and Omar and they were both very helpful and am over the moon with my results couldn’t thank them enough. Also all the reception team was great and very welcoming.

My recent visit to park place dental practice, was an emergency appointment, due to me being in severe pain. The whole appointment from start to finish, was less than 45 minutes, and I was no longer in pain. Reception staff were really friendly/helpful, and gave me the reassurance that I needed. I would also like to say thank you to my dentist saahir, and his assistant. Overall, I had a great experience using park place dental practice, and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Had my first check up in a few years, so glad I stumbled on these guys. Mark was great, explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. He was professional, friendly and gave good advice.

I’ve visited three times now, despite the fact I have issues with my teeth and I’ve always felt nervous at the dentists it’s always been an easy experience here. Running on time, calm appointments and I feel they take the time to explain what they’re doing. Prices for the practices plans seem fair for the number of appointments you get, you’re not rushed in and out.

being a very nervous patient, i was scared to be attending an emergency appointment. but Mark Hill and the team at Park Place were incredibly calm, caring and understanding. the anaesthetic was administered very gently and painlessly, Mark talked me through every step of the procedure, and i emerged pain free, with minimal after care required. i will probably remain nervous of the dentist, but will attend with Mark again in the future. thanks!

The receptionists are welcoming and friendly, the practice itself is perfectly clean and well presented. Amy was very helpful in guiding me through my options and made a wisdom tooth extraction as easy and tolerable a process as possible. Having recently moved, I was on the search for a new Dentist, and I was lucky enough to find Park Place Dental Practice.
I soon found out that it really is an outstanding example of what every dental practice should aspire to.
From my very first telephone call to Park Place, it was clear to me that this was the practice where I wished to be treated.
This was largely due to my discussions with Shaunna who is the Patient Care Co-Ordinator. Shaunna is an excellent ambassador for Park Place, professional, caring, informative, and really helpful in arranging my first appointment. She really went the extra mile in ensuring that I had all the information required.
From the moment I walked through the door, the reception team made me feel really welcome.
Amy is my Dentist, and she is wonderfully calm, caring, thorough and knowledgeable. Amy really took time to answer all my questions, and I left relaxed and elated to have found such a brilliant Dentist.
One of the reasons that Park Place stands out as such an
excellent practice, is the feeling that that each member of the team is so committed and driven. It is also really clear that they value each others contribution to the excellent service that they provide, there really is quite a buzz of energy here, and it is so evident that all staff enjoy striving to offer the best possible dental care. What a find !

Outstanding dental practice - nothing is too much trouble and Mark always has the time to go through treatment options, explain what is going to happen etc. Vanda is super, as is Val and the team. I wouldn't dream of going to another dentist.
