Friendly and welcoming
As usual the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. You’re not so much treated as a patient more as a friend by the both the hygienist and the dentist. Going to Park Place Dental Practice is a pleasant experience.

I'm not a fan of dentists and have never had a good experience until today! The staff here are welcoming, friendly and actually help instead of judging or being vague. They are transparent on pricing and what is needed and I have left feeling positive for my future treatment.

I recently switched to this dental practice after not visiting one for some time due to being anxious and poor past experiences with the NHS. What a breath of fresh air this dental practice is. In particular dentist Alana and the dental nurses are excellent at putting me at ease and have improved my oral health significantly over several appointments and months. I don’t think I or anyone will ever look forward to or enjoy a dental appointment but to go from absolutely dreading them to being ok with upcoming appointments is testament to this dental practices service.

Very friendly and informative
I’m so happy I chose Park Place Dental. Had my second appointment today to see if I was eligible for the Invisalign offer. I was a bit nervous as I’ve got some gum issues. Omar was so nice. Very friendly and informative. He did my checks which were very thorough. I’m so happy they are able to help me. Looking forward to my journey towards a nice smile.
