The staff here are so incredibly amazing! Not only do you get treated with respect, I felt welcomed and truly taken care of. Omar especially did such an amazing job on a super hard and long treatment and overcame any challenges we had with impeccable customer service. The receptionists and the assistant dentists are all amazing and have been so welcoming everytime I’ve been to Park Place as well so I would highly recommend anyone to sign up and be part of such an amazing team! Thank you!!

From my initial consultation with the treatment coordinator Shaunna, to my consultation and subsequent treatments with dentist Omar Parvaiz, I felt reassured and I knew I was in very good hands. The assessment, results and procedures were explained clearly and I was given ample time to ask questions. Excellent, professional and very friendly staff (including the lovely receptionist who organised my appointments to fit my tight schedule)! I am very impressed by the level of care I received at Park Place Dental Practice.

I had an emergency appointment with Park Place Dental Practice as a non-patient of theirs, and I'd 100% say with easy that it was the best experience I've had with a dentist to date.
They were able to see me really quickly, and Shaunna was beyond helpful when I had trouble accessing the documents I needed to complete before arrival.
I felt really comfortable when being seen - Harriet was very clear with what the issue was and what needed to be done, making sure I was comfortable all the way through.
I'm now in the process of looking to become a permanent patient of the practice - would highly recommend!

I am a new patient at the practice and will definitely be staying here. The staff are all so lovely and very friendly. I was seen by Dr Harriet, who was so friendly and professional. I had bonding on my 2 front teeth which were chipped, she did an amazing job and explained throughout the whole procedure what she was doing. I have recently had my braces removed so was worried that my teeth would move a lot as I couldn't get an appointment with the orthodontist for a retainer fitting for a few weeks. Harriet went out of her way to take fittings for me straight after the treatment and my retainer arrived 3 days following the appointment.
The service here is excellent. I felt very welcomed and all the staff are so friendly. I have never felt so happy with my smile. Very very helpful and attentive staff and very happy with the outcome.
Thank you so much and I couldn't recommend enough to people. A very warming atmosphere.

I wish I had never left the practice. I only left (changed) due to logistics of my workplace.
However in an emergency, I get an appointment within a week and Mark fixed my tooth so quickly, so easily and perfectly 🥰
You are stuck with me now! Patient for life!

Absolutely amazing. First conversation I had was with Val over the phone to go through some details and arrange an appointment , such a lovely, warm person , making you feel definitely less stress. Dr Mark Hill was extremely helpful, patient and professional. As much I'm still stressing, cannot wait to get my teeth fixed over here. Definitely recommend 👌 great team, taking care of their patients.

Always have a great experience when going to Park place. Was a little anxious recently about a shooting pain in my gum I had. However I was very lucky to be fitted in straight away! They reassured me and gave me great after care advice. Wilson, Omar and a lady who did the check up were fab! Also Shaunna and Val were excellent at the customer service. Best Dentists I've ever been to (& I had a phobia of dental practices before I went here). I couldn't wish for better care for myself or my children. From the Receptionists to the dental nurses and Dentists...they all have a way of making you feel warm & welcome.

Definitely recommend this dental practice. I have been afraid of the dentist all my life but 2 appointments here have completely changed my opinion. I even had two injections and can honestly say they weren't painful. I was completely relaxed during the whole appointment. Many thanks to all the staff, I never thought I would say a dental appointment was a good experience but it was.
