The practice is really easy to find and the environment inside is nice, clean and relaxing. They have strict measures for COVID which is understandable and makes me feel really safe. All the staffs are nice and professional. I had a really wonderful experience there. If you need a dental treatment, this is your best choice!

I have just completed a whole treatment plan here. I would like to thank all the staffs there who have offered me help, the nurses, ladies at the reception and especially my dentist Omar who is really kind, friendly, professional and responsible. I just got my crown today and it looks great in my mouth and nothing uncomfortable. Really appreciate for their efforts for my health! 👍

Was visiting Cardiff on holiday when my front tooth fell apart.
Omar kindly gave me an emergency apointment and did a first class job.
The whole team were Friendly, Profesional and Reasuring.
The practice has a fresh, clean and hygienic feel.

Very hard to find a good dentist (that also has places for NHS patients) but Park Place are great. I've had several issues relating to awkward wisdom teeth but they've been really lovely, available when I need them and reassuring and helpful when in pain. Fully recommend them.

Dr Wilson Wong is exceptionally kind, understanding and non judgmental when it comes to teeth issues too. I’ve had many bad dentists and he’s the first one I’ve ever enjoyed seeing, talking to and trust fully to take care of my dental work.

Attended the practice twice recently and had a really good experience overall. The place was very clean with adequate distancing in the waiting areas. I was treated by Omar who was professional and explained things really well and the best part was that I didn't feel the needle to numb my gums area. I kept waiting for the needle to pinch but instead I started feeling numb, so thanks to Omar for pain free experience (obviously felt discomfort during the treatment which is understandable).
The support staff with the dentist and at reception were also helpful and friendly. I would certainly return when needed and would recommend this place to others.

I was very nervous about having a tooth extraction,I hadn't had a tooth removed in decades. I needn't have worried Madeline and Jess were fab ,they made me feel so relaxed Afterwards they told me how to look after my mouth and gave me an information leaflet. Thank so much.

The overall experience is great! The reception is helpful, and they contacted me in time for the minor changes to the appointment. My checkup and two fillings were all done by Omar. He is professional and patient in answering my questions, especially when I can’t 100% understand some dental terminology. I felt well informed and reassured. Thank you so much! Called up after being in pain for some time and needing an emergency appointment, the lady on the phone was great and got me in straight away (I think she felt sorry for me 🤣) was all very friendly from second I arrived. Was then taken in by Mark who was a lovely gentleman, explained what was needed and within 20 mins was done and I was on my way.... pain free too might I add. Highly recommended

Had a really great experience with Harriet this morning, repairing a chip on my front tooth. She was really friendly and professional, really took her time to make sure the repair was perfect and matched my teeth, as well as making sure I was happy and comfortable.
