I saw Omar today for my new patient consultant and he was fabulous, the best dentist I've ever visited by far! Very thorough examination where everything was explained really clearly. The whole experience was really pleasant and all the staff are lovely! Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Amazing experience today at Park Place Dental. Val on reception gave me such a warm welcome and is an asset to the practice. I had a check up with Mark who was excellent in his care and was really thorough and patient in answering all my questions. We spoke about teeth whitening in detail and I felt well informed and reassured, thank you!

Great experience. I felt very relaxed having two fillings redone by Mark. Val was very helpful via phone and email. The clinic is very clean and modern. Also, they have a strict covid sensitive attendance policy so you never even meet any other patients.
The only thing I would advise is to have an online payment system.

I can't recommend this dental practice highly enough, visited recently as a new patient requiring treatment. I found the reception staff to be most welcoming, approachable, and professional. The dentist mark hill was very professional and operates from a person-centred approach, with the needs of the patient

Everyone was so welcoming and lovely, they make you feel like you are part of the family every time you go . The safety measures in place now make you feel calm and relaxed as you come in for your appointment. They have tried to make the experience as close to normal as possible while ensuring the safety of there staff and clients . First time I have ever had a dentist I look forward to visiting .

All of the staff at Park Place are welcoming and wonderful. The reception from the staff is always pleasant - and things haven’t changed within the practice despite the difficulties they must have experienced working through the lockdown.
I’m sad to say I haven’t had an appointment for over a year. My last one should have been the week that the first lockdown happened and I haven’t had one since. I was a little concerned about returning to the practice for the first time in over a year.
I didn’t know what to expect when I visited - but everything was clearly explained (forms filled in online in advance of the appointment) and I received clear instructions and support from the staff throughout.
I had a checkup and an appointment with the hygienist (a manual scale and polish which I found better than the machine version - maybe I’m a bit weird!).
An excellent experience throughout. See you in July for my next scale and polish!
