I have been using Park Place Dental Practice for about 10 years, since they were located in Churchill Way. I have always had excellent service from both the friendly and approachable reception staff, and the professional and helpful dental practitioners!
At my last visit with Omar, my 3 year old daughter had her first dental appointment since pre-covid. She was quite nervous about the visit but Omar really helped to make her feel comfortable and the visit enjoyable. I myself was given small achievable goals to help improve my oral hygiene, 4 weeks later and I’m still going strong with it!
I am always recommending this practice to my family and friends. The changes that the surgery have had to make to accommodate a covid safe environment really do make you feel at ease there.

Urgent treatment required, after telephone the Practice the call was handled professionally by the receptionist and I was able to make a appointment for a few hours later. Prior to travelling for the appointment I was asked to complete a questionnaire for COVID safety. I would always expect this formality as Park Place Dental are very professional.
On arrival there is a procedure to be followed to comply with the COVID requirements.
The treatment was professional and I would advise anyone with a fear of going to see a dentist to make a appointment with Park Place Dental and get your smile and confidence.back.

Rang up on Friday regarding a massive amount of pain in my tooth the, lovely receptionist got me an appointment for Monday and explained everything in detail regarding the appointment and the new patient procedure. Come Monday greeted by a lovely team who sat me down, explained what needed doing and got to work there and then. The whole experience was absolutely fantastic and I just want to give a big thank you to everyone I spoke to and to the lovely staff who managed to sort out my pain.

I'm typically anxious when going to the dentist, but never at Park Place Dental Practice!
I had a few concerns about my teeth, so I booked an appointment, and I was booked in the next day! They couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating.
All covid procedures were followed to the highest standard, the nurses/receptions were so welcoming, and my dentist Omar made me feel right at home. From start to finish it was a pleasant experience :)!

I came to this Dentist for an initial consultation after having toothache following a cracked tooth which happened during the first Lockdown. The receptionists are all incredibly friendly and helpful and are always eager to have a friendly/reassuring chat with you whilst you wait for your appointment - something which has been greatly appreciated during these difficult lockdown times. I've always felt incredibly safe whilst waiting for and during my appointment - appropriate Covid procedures are always followed. Omar has been a fantastic dentist. I was provided with a personalised dental treatment plan and during each and every appointment, Omar always explained everything clearly and concisely. The nurses are equally brilliant and have been amazing at helping me manage my own anxieties of being at the dentist.

Having had a painful tooth for a few months combined with being a nervous patient, I decided to bite the bullet and find a dentist in Cardiff as I am living here due to lockdown.
Thankfully I found Park Place who were able to see me next day, they really put me at ease from the first telephone conversation (with Val) and they gave me a thorough first consultation. After talking through my options, I came back a few days later to have a filling replaced. They have made sure I am kept under review in case of any problems which is very reassuring.
Park place have an immaculate surgery, the social distancing/ppe is excellent and they have gone above and beyond to make you feel safe in these strange times.
Thank you so much to Omar and the team for seeing me at short notice and making me feel comfortable.

Perfect! After deciding I wanted lip filler and being extremely anxious of needles Omar made sure that I would be okay. He did a consultation before hand which aloud me to know what to expect and then on the day of the treatment he went above and beyond to make sure I was okay and comfortable! Very happy with my results and the fact that Omar checked in with me after for progress reassured me. Looking forward to my next apportionment. Thanks again!

Park Place Dental Practice came up in a search review I did for dentists who were good at dealing with patients with a fear of dentists. I completed an online form one evening and heard from Val the next day, I was seen on Monday this week and from the second I was greeted by Val I felt at ease. I had further treatment the following day and everyone I have met at that practice has been so caring, considerate and warm.
Now on to Mark Hill, he has been fantastic. Talking me thorough each step of my treatment on Tuesday, taking regular pauses to check I was alright, he has been marvellous I can't say enough to sum up how brilliant he is. If you have a fear of dentists and haven't been in a long while, go here. They are all amazing, I felt safe there with the additional covid safety measures. If you have a fear of dentists but have that awful sinking feeling about your smile, r maybe a toothache just won't go away. Go.. you won't regret it.
