It was my first visit to the dental practice and I felt welcomed by the team. The receptionist was friendly and Mark's consultation was professional and of high standards. X-ray was done swiftly. The interpretation and implications of the x-ray findings were explained in detail which I really appreciated. On a side note, I really liked the interior of the clinic - clean and modern! Will definitely choose this practice again next time.

Perfect! After deciding I wanted lip filler and being extremely anxious of needles Omar made sure that I would be okay. He did a consultation before hand which aloud me to know what to expect and then on the day of the treatment he went above and beyond to make sure I was okay and comfortable! Very happy with my results and the fact that Omar checked in with me after for progress reassured me. Looking forward to my next apportionment. Thanks again!

Park Place Dental Practice came up in a search review I did for dentists who were good at dealing with patients with a fear of dentists. I completed an online form one evening and heard from Val the next day, I was seen on Monday this week and from the second I was greeted by Val I felt at ease. I had further treatment the following day and everyone I have met at that practice has been so caring, considerate and warm.
Now on to Mark Hill, he has been fantastic. Talking me thorough each step of my treatment on Tuesday, taking regular pauses to check I was alright, he has been marvellous I can't say enough to sum up how brilliant he is. If you have a fear of dentists and haven't been in a long while, go here. They are all amazing, I felt safe there with the additional covid safety measures. If you have a fear of dentists but have that awful sinking feeling about your smile, r maybe a toothache just won't go away. Go.. you won't regret it.

Had concerns about my teeth so I booked an appointment, next day service - couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. All covid procedures went quickly and yet everything felt really clean. Funny receptionist, lovely nurse (Heather) and an extremely knowledgeable dentist (Mark) gave me a full on dental plan and diagnosis - was nervous prior but I can honestly say I can't wait for my next trip to the dentist

I needed an emergency appointment after calling all NHS options Park Place fit me in immediately and were beyond helpful. Lovely people, and a professional, caring service; as always. Very clean and efficient, and in these testing times it goes a long way to reassure you that they are effectively managing infection and cross-contamination. I think that Vodka would be a better mouthwash than the rather antiseptic tasting one that they use...but that may just be my personal preference 😉

Visited the dentists this afternoon with my 6 year old son to see Omar & Georgia. The pleasant reception staff met us at the door, took our temperature & watched us sanitise our hands then took us into reception. All guidelines for the Covid-19 restrictions were adhered too to an excellent standard. We felt very safe while we were at the practise & as always Omar & Georgia made our visit a very enjoyable one.
