The practice made a really helpful YouTube video, which prepared you for the experience whilst we are in this pandemic. It was really clear, and I knew exactly what to expect. The staff are always lovely and friendly. They gave me helpful and realistic advise for my teeth and gums!

Spent all morning filling in forms and I was very careful not to divulge any
PIN numbers or Bank details.Presumably my dental records are widely available now in cyberspace.
Met by Mrs Hill brandishing what I initially thought was a gun,however it turned out to be checking my temperature.Although my pulse was now racing I was allowed in and ushered to a dispenser allegedly containing
an anti bacterial Gel although it could have been an undercover way of checking my DNA and allowing the Police to check I was not on file somewehere.
I was then taken into another room and issued with glasses,this seemed strange as my eyesight had not previously been checked.My photograph was then taken before strange implements were placed in my mouth,maybe they were checking for gold fillings which could be removed when I die.
On being pronounced "all clear" Mrs Hill was summoned to eject me from the building with a warning that "they" would see me again in 6 months.
They did not check my political allegiances but I expect that is recorded on another database.

I have always been impressed by all of the staff at the dental practice over the years. They have always been very professional, friendly and understanding of my needs.
During this pandemic I have once again been amazed by the support and help they are able to provide. I needed an emergency treatment and didn't think they would be able to help, but, especially considering the situation. Omar and Shaunna were fantastic and managed to get me in to the practice safely and deal with my emergency. I really appreciated their support and follow ups with me to check how I was doing. It shows they care!
I was really impressed with their service and approach and I would highly recommend Park Place Dental Practice to anyone.
Thank you to all of you at the practice for all that you do. Amazing!

As good an experience you can hope for ie it's a dentist practice which isn't anyone's favourite place to have to go to. My dentist Simran and dental nurse Nia really put you at ease and make whatever treatment you're having as OK as possible. Don't be afraid to ask to be numbed to the max as I did ! Very patient , understanding and approachable. Thanks guys. I've been using this practice for bit over ten years and always very professional and friendly staff

My whole experience from start to finish was great. I got an appointment very quickly and the receptionists were welcoming and explained everything clearly. Omar and Georgia were really friendly and created a relaxed atmosphere. I felt like they really listened to what I had to say and answered all of my questions thoroughly. All in all it was a very pleasant visit and there's nothing I could say they should change. In fact it was so good I'm almost looking forward to my next one. Highly recommend!
