I've joined Park Place approx. 6 months ago after being with a dentist for a long time in Swansea. I was very reluctant to switch dentists as I was happy with mine in Swansea. Due to relocation I had to bite the bullet, and was glad I did. Mark and his team are excellent with special mentions to Val (on reception) and Georgia (one of the dental nurses). The whole experience there from start to finish is top class. Mark is incredibly communicative and explains everything form start to finish. I never wait long in reception for my appointment, but Val always keeps you company anyway. If anyone is disillusioned with their current dentist in or around Cardiff, you really can't go far wrong with these guys. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

From the first point of contact from speaking to Val, the Receptionist I found everyone to be very friendly and accommodating. I had a consultation with Mark Hill, we discussed what I wanted and he has put together a treatment plan which I am very happy with. Anyone who is unhappy with their smile but doesn't know what to do about it, I would strongly recommend having a consultation with Mark Hill. I left feeling very happy and excited that I am going to have a lovely smile again.

My first visit. I am a very nervous patient and Mark and the team were fantastic. Mark was calm and explained all to me in a clear and easy to understand way. My quote for work came through in a couple of hours. This is a clean modern surgery in the city centre. I will go back less nervous next time thanks to there understanding.

Genuinely can’t recommend this place enough! From the loveliest receptionist Val through to my dentist Simran and dental nurse Georgia, my experience here is always second to none. And this is coming from a guy terrified of dentists! They put me at ease, see to me with great care and respect and honestly, you’d even have a laugh here like! I’ve also learned so much about looking after my teeth from them which I really needed. Honestly guys, would highly recommend!
