Urgent appointment
I needed an urgent appointment and this was addressed very professionally by the receptionist. On arrival I was met with pleasant greeting. My dentist dealt with my problem with his usual professional and pleasant demeanour.

I had a really positive experience with Omar Parvaiz. From start to finish, everything felt calm, professional, and reassuring.
Omar took the time to explain what was happening in a way that actually made sense (which I really appreciated), checked in throughout, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients, not just the teeth but the person attached to them too.
The treatment itself was gentle and thorough, and I left feeling listened to and well looked after. If you’re someone who gets nervous about the dentist (🙋♀️), this is exactly the kind of clinician you want in your corner.
