Rebecca is beyond fantastic. I honestly haven’t had a dentist as brilliant, patient or kind as her. She really does make going to the dentist easier for myself when it comes to being anxious before hand!

Searched for a new dental practice in Cardiff when an old filling came out and needed replacing and found park place. Rang and spoke to Val who might just be the friendliest woman I've spoken to. She got me booked in for an emergency appointment within a day of enquiring. Went for the procedure which was conducted by Mark. Mark is very professional and efficient as were his assistants. He explained everything to me and had everything sorted within 40 minutes. The practice is very impressive. Very clean. Lovely atmosphere. After the procedure I signed up to their monthly plan. I actually look forward to my next appointment. I would highly recommend

A filling had fallen out, I rang before 9 am , I had a 12.20 cancellation appointment. I arrived in time I was Seen at 12.20 and my tooth was repaired by 12.30. Amazing service and prompt when I needed it, thank you very much ,

Thank you very much for sorting out my teeth rebecca is extremely strong for her size I definitely found out when I had the root canal I virtually died for six weeks afterwards I am now going to brush my teeth with my new toothbrush thanks again

Park Place Dental Practice is fantastic. My doctor is Omar Parvaiz who is a professional, always giving a good advice and properly explanation. Also all staff in this practice are so friendly. The receptionist Val she is amazing, very helpful and efficient if you have to arrange appointment. Also I met Vanda who was doing my hygiene very nice person. Thanks to all of you.

Miss Rebecca Mellor is my dental doctor. She is the nicest dentist I’ve known and she is very accommodating and treats her patients as her own family. She is very smart and her work is excellent. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Thankyou firstly to Mark and Sarah Hill for being 100 % genuinely lovely ,polite , attentive people , you've both given me and my family amazing service over 20 years , never giving anything less than perfection ,my latest appointment of composite veneers and white filling by Mark was phenomenal, he's such a lovely man whom him and Sarah have chosen an excellent team , Val ......again and again ,professional, efficient, full of happiness and personality always reassures the clients , the bookings and appointments are extremely assessable her telephone manner is the best service I've ever recieved, The other staff and dentists will certainly take away any uncertainties you may have , they are by far the most efficient dentist I've experienced, they offer a full range of exquisite dental treatments and botox ,to which I've yet to try , if your second guessing honestly treat yourself to the best customer service / experience you'll ever have like me you'll end up loving the Dentist ,again a huge Thankyou to all you lovely people
